Warranty

At Le Veer we have a warranty period of 3 months.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Discoloration
  • Loss of items
  • Damage resulting from improper use by the buyer
  • Damage resulting from an adjustment or repair by a third party

Damage to products due to normal use is not covered by the warranty. If it is determined to be a manufacturing defect, your product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please note that the warranty is void if a defect arises from carelessness, either by you or someone else attempting to modify the product or using it for purposes other than its intended use. Furthermore, loss of jewelry is not covered by the warranty.

Received wrong or damaged product
We carefully inspect your order before shipping it. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible after receipt. You can do this by sending an email to support@leveer.nl or a WhatsApp message to +31402291641 with the following information:

  • Order number and full name
  • Photo/video of the damaged product and a brief description
