You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt*.
* Provided the product is unworn and undamaged.
* Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

You can register your return here via our returns portal by entering your tracking number (the numbers below the barcode) and postcode or arrange your own return shipment.

IMPORTANT: Always include a note with your order number. Without it, we cannot process your refund.

Refund
Returns will be refunded within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in good condition. Le Veer reserves the right to refuse returned products if they appear to have been worn or not returned within the specified timeframe.

If you want to return a product paid for with a gift card, you'll receive a gift card balance in return. It's not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for cash.
