You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt*.
* Provided the product is unworn and undamaged.
* Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

You can register your return here via our returns portal or arrange your own return shipment.

IMPORTANT: Always include a note with your order number. Without the order number we cannot submit the refund.

Refund
Returns will be refunded within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in good condition. Le Veer reserves the right to refuse returned products if they appear to have been worn or not returned within the stated period.

Do you want to return a product that was paid for with a gift card? Then you will receive a gift card credit in return. It is not possible to exchange a gift card or products paid for with a gift card for money.
