Most newly earned points are immediately visible in your account. Birthday points are automatically added on your next birthday.
Yes, your membership points will expire after 12 months without any activity in earning or redeeming points through your Le Veer account.
You will lose the points you earned on those items, and the points balance will return to the previous number. This will happen within 14 days.
